I refinanced to a 15 year fixed APR with Alan and Damaris at B2Funding just this fall. My coworker and I did a simple Google search and saw this company was offering refinancing with no closing costs and no points. Furthermore, their interest rates were among the lowest on the website. I thought this was too good to be true. I concluded that I had nothing to lose so I contacted Alan and got the ball rolling.
This was a whole new experience for me and quite overwhelming at times. B2Funding was able to get through obstacles that occasionally popped up during the process. They would call every time the lender needed additional info and performed very well being the middle man. When I told B2Funding that I would like to get the refinance completed ASAP because of personal reasons, we were able to finish closing in just 3 weeks from that point. B2Funding even set up a closing to accommodate my vacation in Wisconsin.
In the end I was very satisfied as I closed with an incredibly low interest rate. B2Funding also kept their word on the no closing costs. I am happy and eager to start paying down my principal even more!

Thanks, Alan and Anna. You did a great job!!! We searched for a company that could help refinance our mortgage loan and were lucky to stop at B2 Funding site that offered one of the lowest rate and closing costs. We experienced unpleasant surprises during the previous closing 4 years ago so we were suspisious and did not believe in those rates/costs expecting they could be suddenly increased or hidden costs could appear. We had back and forth communications asking questions (usually by email) and later Alan gently informed us that we helped him to set up a new record in the number of emails received on a single day. A2 (as how Alan and Anna's team could be named) from B2 Funding leaded us through refinancing process fast and confidently and moreover it was secure and convenient. In a month we got those low rate and even lower closing costs on our new refinanced loan. No doubts we would recommend to everybody to call Alan/Anna for refinancing their property.

We recently refinanced our home in Round Rock ,Tx. Found B2 Funding from bankrate. Alan was very helpful in providing sound financial advise and their Underwriter was great to work with . I will strongly recommend working with them. My closing agent said 2 things 1.20days from start to finish is great (She even noted down B2 Funding for her own refinancing. She said she does about 6 closing a day!!) 2.The rate was amazing. She mentioned this is the lowest she has seen in 90days... I felt good working with these professionals. They always responded to my queries in a timely fashion . If you are thinking of financing or refinancing don't hesitate. i have refinanced and financed 2 homes. i never dealt with anyone who not only acted in a timely fashion but also worked diligently in collection required for the process. I ended up working with B2 Funding after the company I was working with had dragged their feet for two months and with only a few days before closing we still didn't have any commitment in place. I decided to contact several companies that I found on Bankrate.com as an insurance policy since it seemed the first lender that was based out of Austin didn't know what he was doing. I worked with Alan Basov who was FANTASIC!!! He took my application and called back within minutes, we had accomplished in one day what took the Austin broker weeks to accomplish. I was approved the same day and we had our appraisal back within 48 hours. After 4 days our loan was ready to close and B2 Funding notified the title company. The following week we closed on our purchase after only 8 days from my initial contact with Alan. It was too good to be true at first but they delivered on what they promised and far over exceeding my expectations. My Realtor mentioned that it was the most impressive mortgage transaction she has seen in years and will also refer her clients to B2 Funding. Both Alan and his assistant Anna were proactive with phone calls and emails, picked up my calls and answered my questions every single time. Not to mention that we received a rate and closing costs that was much lower than what other companies had offered us. B2 Funding (B2F) team is fast and very responsive. I never felt that, I am left behind and not informed. I closed my loan in less then 3 weeks few days back. When I talk to Alex very first time over the phone he send me a GFE within an hour or two. No other lender send me a GFE until I call/email them multiple time. B2F is very competitive. They will offer you best interest rate and lowest closing cost in market. I still regret not closing my loan bith B2F when I talk to Alex very first time in Sep 2010. I decided to go with a local company in Texas. That company was not able to close after 5 weeks and I had to leave for a month long family vacation to India. The first thing I did after coming back to US is, call Alex. I did called couple other lenders next day and they said there is no way they can offer what B2F offered me. I will highly recommend B2 Funding.

Really happy with B2 Funding. I was frustrated trying to work with a company based in Austin. It was really a pain every email or call that I needed to do to make them work at my refinance. Well I got tired and decided to look elsewhere. Then I found this company B2 funding. I sent them an email and in less than 1 hour I was contacted by Alan. In less than 3 hours I got a GFE that was even better than the previous company. I spent 3 week with the other company and Alan found a solution in less than 3 hours. Refinancing with B2 was simple. After calling around 5 other lenders and got their numbers for rate. cost etc.. during my research I came across B2 funding low rates. Called them to see if the rates are as low as advertised, and sure enough. Alan gave me the strait numbers and decided to go with them. One thing I really enjoyed is the personal attention I received from everyone on the team. All my calls were answered or returned in timely manner. Even after my rate lock period expired due to issues beyond our control, they were able to work with me on the lowest rate possible at the time. Again, they never tired of working with me and getting everything ready for smooth closing. I truly enjoyed working with Anna and Alan and would do it again if I have another house. Did a refinance with these guys. I was leery at first because their rates and closing costs were very low and I thought at some point I was going to have more fees sprung on me, but that never happened. I got the loan rate promised, and my closing costs ended up being even a little lower than expected. We did a really fast close as well. Everything was very smooth and I'll definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family in the future.

Buying a home is usually the largest investment a person makes and was naturally one of the most important decisions I ever made. I'm glad I chose B2 Funding to finance my home. As a first time home owner, I have to admit that I was a little afraid of going through the whole process of taking out a loan. Fortunately, Alex at B2 Funding was friendly, competent, and he cared about which type of mortgage was best for me, not what was best for their pocketbooks. They considered my financial situation, went over my short and long term goals, helped me decide between a fixed interest rate or an adjustable interest rate, and considered how long I expected to be in my home before advising me on my mortgage. I was impressed that they understand that there is no one-size-fits-all mortgage and I would highly recommend B2 Funding to all my friends and relatives in the Houston area who are considering buying a home
