Here at B2 Funding Corporation, besides being a pricing leader, I always strive to provide a broad spectrum of knowledge on the mortgage process to each and every borrower that I help with a mortgage. I make sure that every step is discussed along with pricing and product options. I look at the prospective borrower’s financial situation and make sure that my advice merges with their short term and long term goals. By doing this, the borrower is educated on the intricacies of the loan process and a semi-custom loan is obtained that puts the prospective borrower in a better situation than before coming to me.

I strive to make the process stress-free and void of any surprises, along with constant and consistent communication as we go thru the mortgage process.

I graduated from The University of Illinois at the Chicago Campus in the summer of 1994, where I studied Biochemistry and Economics. Soon after, in January of 1995, I went to work for a bank that eventually merged with and became Chase. After 2 years at the bank, I became a branch manager at the bank and stayed there for a total of 5 years before deciding to go into the mortgage industry in 2000.

Throughout the years, I have helped thousands of borrowers finance their homes in all aspects of mortgage financing, including having extensive experience in conventional financing, FHA financing, Jumbo loans and Construction loans. This experience has helped me hone in my skills into becoming an expert in providing exemplary customer service as well as being able to find a simple solution to complicated loans.
